The updated furnishings, vibrant lighting, and open floor plan create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The second-floor kitchen is a standout, showcasing granite countertops and stainless steel Wolf appliances. Additionally, a convenient half-bath can be found on the second floor, and the balcony off the living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Access to the second floor is made easy with the building's elevator.

On the first floor, you'll discover the spacious primary suite, which opens to a covered porch. Furnished with a charming king bed, a chaise lounge, two linen swivel chairs, and a flat-screen TV, this suite provides a comfortable retreat. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom suite on the first floor offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower and single vanity. The other guest bedroom boasts roomy queen-over-queen bunks and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands.

Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Concierge Cottages does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart.
