Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands.
Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Concierge Cottages does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart.

Great location right next to amenities! We will be back next year
Stay was as described and shown in photos. Located walking distance from downtown Seaside but away from all the noise. Enjoyed the perks of having access to WaterColor Resort. Our trip was wonderful, would definitely come back!
